Root Down builds strength through the hips, glutes, and legs while supporting balance and joint stability.
Think slower, controlled dumbbell work, single-leg movements, and strong connections to your base. You’ll feel grounded, stable, and strong from the ground up.
FOR OUR RISE TRAINING SESSIONS, WE UTILIZE THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT:
- DUMBBELLS
- MINI LOOP RESISTANCE BAND
- LONG LOOP RESISTANCE BAND (WITH SOMETHING TO ANCHOR THE BAND TO THAT IS STURDY AND WILL NOT MOVE)
- EXERCISE|STABILITY BALL
- WORKOUT BENCH, CHAIR, COUCH, OR STABLE SURFACE
- CLEAR SPACE IN YOUR WORKOUT AREA
- LONG (36") SMOOTH FOAM ROLLER
