This isn’t about pushing to your edge. It’s about getting centered. Every rep today is an opportunity to rebuild from alignment, not adrenaline.
✨ Reconnect to your glutes and core—the power centers of your body
✨ Prime your nervous system with slow, breath-driven activation
✨ Reinforce posture and support your spine from the ground up
✨ Set the tone for quality movement all week long
✨ Start with intention so you don’t have to fix misalignment later
• Dumbbells
• Mini loop resistance bands
• Wall space or a sturdy surface (chair/bench)
• Optional: yoga block or cushion
Engage your core before every lift—connect before you move
Focus on tempo and tension over speed or load
Adjust your posture often—stack your ribcage over your pelvis
Keep your breath steady: exhale on effort, inhale on release
If anything feels off, modify. Your body is the guide here.
