FOR OUR RISE TRAINING SESSIONS WILL UTILIZE THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT: 

  • DUMBBELLS 
  • MINI LOOP RESISTANCE BAND 
  • LONG LOOP RESISTANCE BAND (WITH SOMETHING TO ANCHOR THE BAND TO THAT IS STURDY AND WILL NOT MOVE)
  • EXERCISE|STABILITY BALL 
  • WORKOUT BENCH, CHAIR, COUCH, OR STABLE SURFACE
  • CLEAR SPACE IN YOUR WORKOUT AREA 
  • LONG (36") SMOOTH FOAM ROLLER
